Clear books. Clear numbers. Clear peace of mind.
We're Conrad & Jennifer—recently moved back to Gwinnett County and helping local business owners get clarity on their money. No jargon, no weekly meetings, just straightforward bookkeeping that actually makes sense.
Back Home & Serving Our Community
After 18 years away—6 in the Air Force and the last 15 in marketing and consulting—I moved back to Gwinnett County with my family. I graduated from Brookwood High School, and now my kids go there too.
I got into bookkeeping because I wanted to stay connected with the local business community and keep working with a variety of businesses in a helpful way. Turns out, bookkeeping runs in our families—my mom did the books for our church when I was growing up, and Jennifer's grandmother handled bookkeeping for Marriott and in-home daycares.
We're not a faceless online service. We're neighbors who understand what it takes to run a business in Gwinnett County, and we help local business owners get clarity without the corporate BS.
We hear the same frustrations from local business owners every week:
Your QuickBooks is a disaster. Transactions aren't categorized. You're dreading tax time.
You can't confidently answer "What did I actually make last month?" Owner pay feels like guesswork.
You'd rather focus on customers and growth—not spend weekends staring at spreadsheets.
We keep it simple, straightforward, and personal. No corporate meetings, no confusing reports—just clear numbers when you need them.
We're not overseas, we're not corporate—we're your neighbors in Gwinnett County. We understand local businesses because we're part of this community.
Straightforward monthly reports that show you exactly what you made, what you can pay yourself, and where the money went. No accounting jargon, just clarity.
Prefer texting to emails? Same. We keep communication simple and direct—no mandatory meetings, just clarity when you need it.

We just moved back to Gwinnett County after 18 years away. Conrad grew up here and graduated from Brookwood High School—the same school our kids attend now. Coming back home was intentional, and getting into bookkeeping was too.
Turns out, bookkeeping runs in both our families. Conrad's mom handled the books for their church growing up. Jennifer's grandmother did bookkeeping for Marriott and in-home daycares. We grew up around people who helped others make sense of their money.
Conrad spent 6 years in the Air Force, then the last 15 years working in marketing, consulting, and copywriting. He chose bookkeeping as a way to stay connected with the business community here in Gwinnett County and keep helping a variety of businesses in a meaningful way.
Jennifer brings 15+ years in social services, therapy, and clinical HR management. Her dad's a painter and her uncle's a contractor—so between the family bookkeeping background and hands-on business experience, we understand both the numbers side and the real-world challenges business owners face.
We're trained through Profit First Professional programs, backed by a network of practicing CPAs, and working toward QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Xero certifications.

We're based in Gwinnett County and serve business owners throughout Metro Atlanta. We work remotely with clients, so location isn't a barrier—but we especially love supporting local Gwinnett County businesses.
If you can't confidently answer "What did I actually profit last month?" or if your QuickBooks hasn't been reconciled in 3+ months, you need a Reset. Most business owners come to us after trying to DIY it and realizing they're spending hours on something that still doesn't give them clear answers.
We primarily work with QuickBooks Online (best for most businesses), but we also support Wave and Xero. If you're not set up yet, we'll help you choose the right platform during the Reset.
Nope! We keep it simple with text/call communication. You'll get a monthly profit report, and you can reach out anytime with questions. No unnecessary meetings eating up your time.
Perfect! We actually make your CPA's job easier. We handle the day-to-day bookkeeping and monthly reconciliations, so when tax time comes, your CPA has clean, organized books to work with. Many CPAs refer clients to us for exactly this reason.
Yes! That's a core part of the Reset. We set up an owner pay structure based on your revenue and expenses, so you know exactly what you can safely take home each month without putting the business at risk.
Let's start with a quick 15-minute call. No pressure—just clarity on what you need and how we can help.
